夏日炎炎，如果有一个地方有流泉飞瀑，翠潭林立，在幽静的山间小路拾阶而上，更有挺拔参天的银杏、红豆杉遮天蔽日。不仅可以在70余米的瀑布底下静静小憩，深深呼吸，感受富氧离子的清凉，还可以在常年恒温的溶洞里享受夏日清凉。
这么唯美清凉的画面，只是这么一描述眼前马上浮现了一个清凉的仙境，让人痴然向往了吧！
这个地方距池州70公里，距安庆80公里，距铜陵近百公里，距合肥200多公里。它是安徽四大避暑胜地之一，池州市石台醉山野度假区。
醉山野度假区位于安徽省池州市石台县，溶洞、水坝、翠潭、叠瀑、彩林、山峰、在景区内比比皆是。景区内温度比外面平均低8—10度，是夏日避暑的绝佳去处。
其中一期黄崖大峡谷内景区内植被覆盖率高达95%，包括醉仙谷玻璃桥、缘溪水坝、星月潭水下公园、素月桥、青龙潭（呐喊喷泉）、白龙潭、黄崖大瀑布等多个景点。景区内夏日最高温度不超过28度，与天堂寨、燕子河大峡谷、黄山并称为安徽四大避暑胜地。
另外二期慈云古洞景区常年恒温，洞内温度保持在18—24摄氏度左右，被誉为“天然的大空调”。溶洞已于7月1日正式对外开放，整个溶洞全长3公里，洞内景观集中，钟乳累累，景水相连，步步有景，并有地下河从洞内蜿蜒而出，非常的清秀俊美。
